This unique eventspace on our 2nd floor offers an open-air concept that can be used all year-round in any season and any climate! This allows for the feel of an outdoor location without the stress of worrying about the weather!
The Atrium will feature an abundance of natural light with a beautiful pyramid skylight, large garage door windows that can be opened or remain closed, space for up to 250 guests, and a variety of layout options that fit your vision!

We want our guests to feel confident that we take Covid-19 very seriously and have made multiple improvements in our building to ensure the safety of guests, vendors, and staff. These precautions are as follows:
We have provided additional sanitary stations throughout the venue for guest and vendor use.
Our staff is required to take their temperatures upon arrival to ensure they are able to work safely with others, they will be wearing masks throughout each event as well as gloves during the room flips, and an additional staff member has been scheduled for each event to simply clean the venue (wipe down commonly touched surfaces, fill sanitary stations if needed, etc.).
We have made a large investment in all of our HVAC systems in the building. We have installed Phenomenal Air, which is a cold plasma generator technology that kills bacteria, viruses, and other contaminants.
We are also making adjustments to layouts to allow for further social distancing for guests during ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.

Your Wedding day is approaching fast, and you re starting to worry about the small logistics and details of the day. It was a few months ago that Timbrel reached out to us with her idea to start a cultured wedding workshop for Lancaster area photographers and wedding planners. the goal of the workshops were to teach our wedding vendors about different cultures and their wedding traditions. We loved the idea and were honored to host the first Cultured Wedding Workshop! Here are a few highlights from that day taken by Garnet Dahlia Photography. What beautiful wedding to kick off the month of March! Angela & Marshall did not stop smiling all day and their happiness was contagious! Following their intimate ceremony upstairs in the Rizzardi Room, the guests enjoyed hor d’oeuvres and drinks in the Whitaker & Station room while we transformed the upstairs into their reception. From the delicious wedding cake to the killer dance moves this wedding was one for the books! Congratulations to this beautiful couple!
This wedding reception was oh so cozy! Since we are a year round facility we get to see every season of weddings. Its hard to pick a favorite time of the year, but there is something special about fall weddings. The weather outside is cool and crisp and The Booking House is kept cozy and warm throughout the event. This bride actually “DIY-ed” her decor for her autumn reception. She used gold pumpkins on wood stump slices as her centerpieces and enlisted her groomsmen to set up the room. The fall theme was very elegant and practical. What are your favorite ideas for a fall wedding?
One of our Beautiful brides is headed to Rio for the 2016 Summer Olympics with the USA Field Hockey Team! We were so honored to host her special day back in December. She picked a date in December that was right at the start of the team’s two week holiday break. I remember her telling me that she had practice the day before her wedding! There is something so special about our couples who booked their wedding with us before we had even finished renovations. Abby and Adnan were such a special couple to us. They had one of the largest weddings we have ever had here and we loved seeing the blend of their families on their special day! Abby’s wedding style looked like it was straight out of an Anthropologie store from the handcrafted farmhouse tables with eucalyptus runners to the blush dresses that the bride and bridesmaids wore. Our hearts were full watching the families celebrate together! We wish the best for Abby & Adnan and we are happy to share their photos captured by Lauren & Tim Fair!

On Sunday March 29th we had the pleasure of hosting a Tasting for Rettew’s Catering at The Booking House. Everything was amazing from their delicious dinner and appetizer selections to the cake samples and macaroons! We worked with Lori from Wildflowers By Design to bring in some florals and decor for the event and her designs looked gorgeous and complimented our venue perfectly. It was so nice to have 3 West Productions join us as well to perform live during the event, they are the perfect wedding band. I was so happy to see how well everything turned out, better than I could have imagined! I love looking back on the photos that Brittney Kreider Photography took that day. Her amazing and clear photos take me right back to that wonderful Sunday afternoon. When you work with a quality vendor, you are guaranteed a quality product! Before we opened in July, we had just started researching the wedding business and we could not believe how many quality vendors and friendly people we would come across. “Everything about the Booking House is totally refreshing and exciting! For starters, it is a family owned & operated event venue. If you haven’t discovered it already, the Perrons are amazing to work with. They have a sincere, authentic approach and are genuinely interested in taking care of their guests. They are exceptionally welcoming, a lot of fun, easy to connect with, and very creative to work with. The space itself can accommodate more intimate gatherings of up to 100 or larger events up to 250. The two sided fireplace shared by the main rooms is an amazing centerpiece to both. When you enter the building and walk up the stairs, you’ll turn to enter the grand Rizzardi Room, and if it doesn’t take your breath away, it must be dark. The exposed beams, vaulted ceilings and recessed lighting of the renovated cigar warehouse make for an exquisite setting full of warm character. The Crow’s Nest above is another favorite: a cigar style lounge with huge leather furniture and a bar. There isn’t a venue I’ve photographed in seven years that has the atmosphere and soul of the Booking House, and very few are even comparable in quality. It’s easy to get everything setup with the assistance of an elevator, electrical outlets are conveniently located, and parking close by across the street. Every occasion I get to work with the Perrons at the Booking House is one I absolutely look forward to!”

This past weekend we had yet another adorable wedding! We were so thrilled to be hosting Kim & Craig’s wedding, because they were one of the first couples to come and tour our building before any work was done to it. They booked on complete faith and they were thrilled with how it turned out. Kim made a lot of the decorations herself and it really added a personal touch to her wedding. One of my favorite parts was the Auntie Annes truck outside serving pretzels to guests as they arrived. It was a the perfect snack to hold them over during the ceremony! We were so impressed by her DIY details and even more impressed that her daughter was getting married on Sunday! We couldn’t believe that they were hosting two weddings in one weekend but they pulled it off. So happy for the newlyweds! Congratulations Kim & Craig!
The cooler weather is here and it’s time to say farewell to beach days, picnics, and summer weddings. It’s so hard to say hello to autumn when we receive photos from our weddings over the summer. One of our favorite summer looks was Kevin & Carolyn’s colorful DIY wildflower wedding. The bright yellows, purples, oranges , and pinks found in her flowers looked adorable in mason jars. We love her colorful look, and we’re certainly going to miss the long warm days of summer!
